Graphene integration will be available on CORNERSTONE’s upcoming 220 nm SOI MPW run
The Layered Materials Research Foundry (LMRF) is partnering with CORNERSTONE to develop a fully integrated layered-materials silicon photonics (LM-SiPh) platform.
As part of this work, we are excited to announce that CORNERSTONE’s MPW #50 220 nm SOI passive run, which launched in early September 2026, will introduce a new graphene integration beta service.
The service provides early access to graphene-enabled photonic device fabrication within the CORNERSTONE process flow, allowing users to evaluate and prototype next-generation graphene-integrated photonic integrated circuits (PICs).
As part of the beta launch, the service will be offered at a significantly reduced introductory rate for MPW #50.
Further technical details, design guidance and pricing information are available as part of the MPW launch on the CORNERSTONE website. The sign-up deadline is Wednesday 14th October 2026 and the design submission deadline is Wednesday 11th November 2026
