Open access to multi-project wafer (MPW) services:
- Facilitating access to the LMRF for the UK academic and industrial research community.
- Offering a unified entry point for consistent manufacturing capabilities, design, characterisation and testing activities.
Technological advancements:
- Creating a versatile platform for light manipulation and generation.
- Exploring hybrid magneto-optical systems and optical computing enabled by LMHs.
Workforce development:
- Focusing on nurturing a skilled workforce to operate the LMRF.
- Facilitating research on LM technology integration and applications.
